Pranic Healing is an energy-based therapy founded by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui. The word Prana (life force) comes from Sanskrit and is known as Chi in China and Ki in Japan. Everything—our body, thoughts, emotions, and even relationships—is made of energy. By learning to sense and work with this energy, we can restore balance and support healing.
How it began:
In the 1980s, Master Choa Kok Sui studied ancient healing practices from India, China, and Tibet. He developed Modern Pranic Healing—a practical, scientific system of using life energy to accelerate the body’s natural healing process. To spread this knowledge, he founded the Institute for Inner Studies (1987) and the World Pranic Healing Foundation (1990). Today, Pranic Healing is practiced in more than 50 countries.
